A Commercial Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) can only be produced by a qualified Non Domestic Energy Assessor who is a current member of one of the official accreditation bodies. All of our members are fully qualified, insured and accredited.
Use the contact form below to request a quote and we will arrange for our local member tocontact you directly to discuss prices and appointment times withyou.
If you decide to instruct the assessor to go ahead he will then vist the property to undertake the survey. The Energy Performance Certificate (epc) will then be produced sent by email to your agent or solicitor. You can also have a copy by email if required.
Please note : All commercial property that is sold or let must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) commissioned prior to, or within 7 days of being put on the market. There is a further 21 days allowed for the completion and acquisition of the EPC after which time fines can be imposed.
